The Rooted Collective:

Market Street, Downtown Portland, ME

Monday: 5:45-6:45pm Vinyasa Flow
Tuesday: 7-8pm Gentle Yoga & Thai Massage
*Ready to relax after your barre class? Or just relax after your long day? This yoga experience is designed to slow it down and complete your evening. Expect a slow flow, with all levels postures, and timed specifically to offer more hands on Thai Massage assists. Many postures will be restorative with props and there will be plenty of time to stretch deeply and integrate any previous work out. You will leave deeply refreshed and relaxed, inspired and motivated.
Wednesday: 12-1pm Vinyasa Flow
Saturday: 10:30-11:30am YOGA BEATS
*Mix a strong vinyasa flow with functional fitness, add a killer playlist, and sprinkle in some yogic philosophy…all of that adds up to YOGA BEATS. You will sweat, smile and pour your heart and soul into your practice, leaving refreshed, exhilarated and ready for your weekend, wherever it brings you. Expect to be challenged at your level, but never pushed beyond it. Focusing on the power of breath, movement and body awareness and acceptance, you can take your self-love to a whole new level.
